Windows file problem

I have a Windows dll.file is missing so how can I restore it back?

Hi, Ghot,
                 It could be copied from the installation DVD. You have to have 7zip to browse thro the installation dvd.

da How many kind type of Windows versions there  :smiley: and I use windows 7 ultimate v6.1 32-bit, however I can not find my version there !

HI, it is there to see all , Even though you could find no of versions, there is a way described in the link on how to find your files in the total versions. Pl read the instructions from SL no 8, and open accordingly to find your actual dll files pertaining to your system. I have extracted and restored to my pc , which were deleted by third party programs with their uninstalls
The Bottom line is "Check your hardware first if it supports the task you try".
