Windows update error.
« on: March 19, 2014, 06:06:18 am »
Hello , i've currently an annoying issue with windows updating.
Recently i bought a desktop PC with English pre-installed as main language.
The OS is Windows 7 ultimate x64 SP1.
When i head to the optional updates and choosing Dutch language it's downloading fine , the install pop-ups after.
Everything goes fine but when the bar reaches a bit more after mid it's giving me an error.
Code 8007002.
I headed over Google to search for an answer and noticed some possible solutions , as renaming softwareretribution folder which will reset settings . Stopping the update service and deleting files inside the download folder or the datastore .I even installed some update readiness tools but the problem remains.
I even repaired MSI and used your tool but nothing seems to work (i could format it but i don't want to currently.).
My system is equipped with a core i3 3.3ghz ivybridge 4gb ddr3 ram 1tb hdd connected with sata 3 and gt630 vga.
Please help me .

If you used my Windows Repair tool make sure you run all the repairs.

Also is it just the one update that fails, do others install fine?
