Many thanks!!! Tried for two weeks to install new printer (Epson). PC refused to install software from CD. Epson support and Microsoft were no help at all. Finally found your site and ran Windows Repair Tool - everything worked perfectly and installed printer without problem. Have sent a small donation to express my thanks.
