I just downloaded the latest versions of Windows Repair v2.1.0 and when I unzipped both versions, the files seem to be completely different.  The installer just contains 10 files, 8 of which are old dll files.  There's not even an exe file in there!  I even checked the Majorgeeks download and it's the same 10 file setup package.  I also tried Universal Extractor and it just extracted 10 files from the setup installer (see image below for total of setup file):

The portable zip version extracts into what I would expect - a full program with the exe file with a total of 222 files and 17 folders.

Is the installer version missing files or does it download files from the net during installation?
