Windows repair - user profiles

When you run windows repair in a profile, does it hit all profiles or just the one it is running in.

It only does the current profile, such as the regkeys and such since the current profile is loaded under the hkey_current_user. Other profiles are not loaded so cant apply reg setting to those.

BUt a lot of the repairs focus on system wide, not to many deal with the profile :-)
