As a part time PC repair tech for the last several years I've repaired my share of infected computers. Over the years I've learned lots of tricks to repairing registry settings, windows firewall, windows updates, etc. after a malware infection. Recently I had a computer that I couldn't turn on Windows firewall or install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 after I had removed all the malware. I tried all my usual tricks. I diagnosed the WMI, which was definitely the problem. I went through everything I knew to do with the WMI and researched what I didn't know. Nothing worked until I tried the All-in-One. Bang, just like that the problem was solved. Clearly you know a lot more than I do about the nitty gritty inner workings of Windows.
