Hi, eqrupov, Have you downloaded any free download. Nowadays even custom downloads are injecting unwanted (Potentially Unwanted Program) (PUP) to make changes to the browser and what not. The greyed option reveals that it is more than just meet the eye. I would recommend , that go the regedit, and then on edit, find type the name of the program, and delete all the keys and folders in the registry associated with it by using F3 to find another and so on
. My second advice would be to get your installation cd, boot from cd, and when starting windows screen, select repaid and go the command prompt. There you type "Fixmbr" to set default mbr. Nowadays, software do attempt to cause damaging entries in the master boot record also. Then you uninstall the ie and then reinstall it. Then you will be free from the program. Please see the user tips section in the main forum, where i have given the possible solution to the funmoods intervention.
You cannot find these programs in ADD or Remove program section. you could neither delete it using revo uninstaller, which is explained in the user tips again , as it will not list this program.
Finally, i would prefer mozilla for any other browser for its secured interfaces.
Sorry for the long reply.
