Trojans
« on: March 13, 2013, 04:28:19 pm »
I just had my computer fixed, I thought, and reformatted.  I was running adware virus, malware and spybot.  The problem was they would stop in the middle of it and shut down pc.  I could see I had 2 trojans, which I thought was removed but not.  Now I have to run several programs and it still knocks me off in the middle of what ever I'm doing.
I run XP Pro, microsoft essentials, tweaking windows and super anti spyware.  I have run trojan remover every day and it still does not catch the trojans.  I use google chrome with Sahari instead of Internet Explorer.
My ? is do you have a program or any suggestions that can help get the virus and trojans off without reformatting?

Two tools that I run by default, see how they do for you

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/mbar/
and
http://support.kaspersky.com/5350

Let me know if they find anything. If they fail run them in safe mode.
