You're missing several services. This was most likely due to an infection/rootkit. If you haven't done so already you need to clean your system! Malwarebytes, avast (boot scan), SuperantiSypware, TDDSKiller and in your case Combofix are recommended. Once your system is clean then any remaining services may be repaired. Sorry don't have time to go into further detail right now, just got called to work, but if you need more help just ask.

As tbdawg said it is a good idea to run those tools and make sure the system is clean, let me know the results

Try this :-)

Quote
Open Set Program Access and Computer Defaults by clicking
Start button
clicking Default Programs
clicking Set program access and computer defaults.
Click Custom
select your browser and click OK

And this

Quote
Restore registry settings in the User Profile
1. Click Start, click Run, type Regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.

2. Locate the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.html

3. On the File menu, click Export.

4. In the Export Registry File dialog box, enter HKCU_Classes_HTML_Backup.reg and click Save.

Note: This will create a backup of this registry key in the My Documents folder by default.

5. Right click the (Default) value for the .html key and select Modify...

6. Change the value from "ChromeHTML" to "htmlfile"

Repeat steps 1-6 for .htm and .shtml keys if they exist, remember to change the name of your backup file for each export.

Make sure when checking that you are looking for .html not just html. You will see the ones with the "." first, did you check there?
